AAP Staff in partnership with one of the largest manufactures in Lasalle County is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Professional.
We are in need of an excellent addition to their Human Resources Team. The HR Manager will work closely with the plant and operations team. You will be a partner of business operations overseeing recruitment, facilitating employee development, performance management review processes, employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration and legal compliance . This role will advise and take action in areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations. A successful HR Manager will successfully navigate between tactical and strategic human resource needs in addition to being a valued team member.
