Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat is seeking an experienced Part-time Human Resources Assistant to work on-site two (2) days per week. Days are flexible.

The Human Resources Assistant will assist Management with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the ADP Workforce Now system.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least two (2) years of human resources experience required.
• ADP Knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
