Full time, Non- Exempt. $32-42, plus an additional $5/hr. in tips (We cannot guarantee tips, but this is what they have been averaging over the last 2 years)

Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist works under the direction of the HR manager and is responsible for all areas of HR. Responsibilities include:

• Time & attendance compliance and tracking
• Benefits and time off management administration
• Assist managers with personnel matters, building morale and special events
• Track and manage all mandated training, reporting, licenses and certificates
• Application tracking and all stages of the hiring process
• Manage I-9’s and keep track of expirations
• Manage workers’ comp claims and maintain OSHA log

Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 2 years of recent HR experience- HR certification or degree preferable
• Ideally have some payroll experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and clearly communicate (verbal & written) to staff and management
• Exhibit good judgement, discretion and confidentiality in all situations
• Have an upbeat, positive attitude
• Bring ideas & insight to the management team
• Proficient in Word, Excel
• Valid Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
