To help us deliver on this mission, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assists in the talent acquisition process for clinical and administrative staff

Supports employee relations issues, including performance management activities

Facilitates new-hire procedures: supporting onboarding, providing resources for training, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed

Develops strong, cross-functional relationships across the organization

Administers employee benefits and leaves of absence

Facilitates employee exit interviews

Tracks company assets during employee onboarding and offboarding

Ensures all employee records are correctly maintained, and kept confidential

Completes special projects and other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, specializing in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or Human Resources Generalist; experience in the field of ABA therapy, or similar field, preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems; experience with ADP, Paycor, and/or CentralReach Therapy Practice Management Software, preferred

Possesses strong communication, planning, and time management skills

Able to work independently, when needed

Able to use computers for extended periods of time

Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid driver’s license, and is able to pass a background check
