As a Service Advisor, you are responsible to guide customers through the repair process and ensure that every customer receives a truly exceptional service experience every time without fail.

Duties Include:

• Meet all service customers with a warm and friendly greeting
• Identify the customer's concerns and needs
• Offer a resolution and explain what the customer can expect
• Present customers with factory-recommended services
• Keep the customer informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Prepare all estimates and identify if repairs are covered under factory warranty
• Complete all billing
• Give a detailed explanation of all work performed
• Build relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Must have a friendly and outgoing personality along with a desire to help others
• Be able to problem solve and think quickly on your feet
• Have a basic understanding of computers
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
