The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:

Data Entry & Accuracy verification

Scanning/Saving documents in appropriate locations

Filing

Running Reports as scheduled, sending to appropriate parties

Receptionist duties: 40% of the time

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key competencies for the Customer Service Representative.
• Ability to work independently and in a professional manner at all times is essential
• Excellent computer skills required and must be highly proficient with Excel, SAP experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service to be able to effectively handle various customer situations (on the telephone and in person).
• High School Diploma required
