American Residential Services (ARS) on Nashville is one of the nation's largest Heating and Air Conditioning service providers. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Rehash team.

**MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE**

Pay: Hourly PLUS Commissions & Spiffs.
We have an uncapped opportunity to earn.
*Average hourly rate is $16-18/hr, depending on experience
*Average pay equates up to $45-60k annually, or more, depending on your closing rate.

Responsibilities

The individual hired will work within our Nashville office with the goal of closing sales calls over the phone. This will be a high-volume phone position. If you have the right personality for this job where you are not afraid of rejection and hearing "No" and you move on to the next customer call without hesitation to try and get the "Yes", we want to meet you!

Through aggressive advertising and a partnership with the nation's largest home improvement retailer, we are able to provide a steady flow of qualified leads and best-in-class financing options. Qualifications

• 1+ years Inside Sales experience
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Proven experience with a high closing percentage.
• Ability to handle high volume out bound calling.
• Ability to overcome objections and rejections.
• Driven, highly efficient and responsible work ethic.
