Summary

Integrations Analyst will help with our growing needs to integrate new and existing healthcare IT platforms. The Integrations Analyst's role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to
the integration of software programs and applications into organizational information
systems and ensure high levels of availability and security of the core organizational applications. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

The Integrations Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data specifications for the application and near real-time and real-time data integrations through the use of industry-standard data formats/ specifications such as (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.). A key responsibility is to strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, perform gap analysis and convert customer requirements into custom integration solutions. Using in-depth knowledge of healthcare business process and data integration optimization, this role acts as the internal expert in terms of system capabilities and is also responsible for maintaining system changes, documenting functional and technical requirements, mapping process flows, documenting test plans, conducting system testing, documenting user manuals, and administering training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with In-depth knowledge of EDI 837, 834, 835 claims and remittance transaction sets and other relevant EDI transactions.
• Experience with claim systems such as TriZetto or similar claim systems including EMR/EHR in a group practice or ambulatory to healthcare network system
• Visual mapping experience on HL7 to EDI and/or EDI to XML
• Knowledge of messaging and integration patterns
• Experience with constructing X12 EDI interfaces from a common set of stages via graphical automated interface assembly line (including Listeners, Processors, Transformations, Routers, and Transports)
• Solid understanding of HIPAA security and privacy of both data at rest and in motion PHI and PII
• Experience with multiple type of source files within X12 EDI document source type within depth understanding of protocol used to fetch data
• Knowledge of data pipelines, data merging and data injections during transformation and normalization process
• Exposure to canonical data schema for mapping to extension of data structure
• Experience with healthcare enterprise integration standards such as IHE, HL7, FHIR specifications and implementation guidelines IG from regulating agencies
• Collaboratively work in a team-based peer activities during design time configuration to runtime operations with data engineers and API developers.
• Integration engine experience is a Plus (Mirth, Redox, Orion, intersystem, cloverleaf, IIB-ESB etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
