Title: Corporate IT Manager

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or related experience.
• Minimum of (5) years in related job experience.
• Solid English speaking and writing skills.
• Work independently within a Corporate environment.
• Customer support skills to resolve user issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Create custom novel solutions based on company needs.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Configure, deploy and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, servers, switches, NAS storage, routers, wireless routers, firewalls, Antivirus, VPN’s, network storage, VOIP phone system, SDWAN telecommunications equipment.
• Configure, deploy and support: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server 2012 through 2019. VMware ESXi/vCenter Server, Veeam Backup and Replication, RingCentral Phone Systems, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office applications, Epicor Eclipse ERP.
• Ability to be on call for issues and available to perform after-hours system and network maintenance.
• Support 15 locations in three states.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
