The Rothenberg Law Firm (www.injurylawyer.com) IT Manager to provide support for ongoing firm-wide IT operations. You will be an integral part of the planning, development, execution, and optimization of the firm’s Information Technology stack.

An IT Manager should be a competent professional able to provide basic end-user support. You should also be well-versed in basic IT best practices. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong desire to learn and advance their technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user desktop, laptop, peripheral device, and VOIP phone support.
• Configure and manage network and servers to provide maximum uptime to ensure firm has access to business critical data at all times.
• Creation and management of user cloud accounts
• Configure network security settings to mitigate network intrusion and disruption.
• Manage firm information security by administering authentication methods, monitoring access control logs and enforcing firm IT security practices.

Requirements

• Computer Science or Information Science Bachelor Degree
• Experience managing G Suite, and Azure Active directory or similar cloud platforms
• Proficient with Microsoft OS administration
• Strong technical writing skills and experience documenting IT implementations.
• Ability to travel between New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia offices
• 2 or more years in an IT role

• Salesforce Administration experience

• User-logging
• Database backups and security
