Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our technology projects and ensure the successful implementation of our IT systems. The IT Project Manager will work closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to define project scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure project goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and manage project resources and tasks.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure project success.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and products.

• Monitor project progress and communicate project status to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of success.

• Experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently, from inception to completion.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Experience with cloud computing, infrastructure, and software development.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

• Experience in the bakery or food industry a plus.
