We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems, personal effectiveness and credibility, a commitment to superior customer service, solid troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems and a willingness to learn to support other systems, MS Office Support experience, experience installing and supporting a range of standard office productivity applications, and proven experience troubleshooting and supporting network connectivity, printer configuration and Windows domain architecture.

This position will require work in a traditional office setting as well as work performed outside, walking the car lots to verify information regarding the key inventory system for our vehicles.

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; a two-year technology focused degree; and a minimum of two years of experience with IT Support/Help Desk is required. Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
