You must be super organized, a quick thinker, a problem solver, a great communicator, and great with SOP, emails, systems in place, scheduling etc. This role gives you the opportunity to work alongside ownership and develop standards for this and future concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ALL kitchen-related operations, A-Z, including:

Supervision of daily tasks

Team leadership

Scheduling

QA

Training and staff development.

Ensuring proper culinary standards

Proper sanitary practices

Ordering and purchasing

Ongoing analysis of the menu as it relates to cost, revenue, supplies, etc.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

At least 5 years experience in culinary management

Food handler’s card from New York’s DOHMH

Outstanding communication skills

Self motivation and leadership skills

A positive “can do” attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
