Iowa Outdoor Products is currently looking to hire dependable and hard-working Crew Members for our Landscape Construction team. We are looking for crew members who enjoy being outside, don't mind getting their hands dirty, have a creative mind and a strong attention to detail, and who aren't afraid to learn new things or use critical thinking to problem solve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Landscape Crew Supervisor on assigned construction projects including, but not limited to retaining walls, patios, new landscape bed construction, plant and tree installation and more
• Follow safety protocols while working with tools and equipment
• Properly maintain truck, tools, and equipment by following company maintenance, safety and cleaning procedures
• Be adaptable and help different departments as needed
• Must be self-motivated and driven to complete projects in a timely fashion
• Take pride in workmanship and use critical thinking skills to problem solve when needed
• Maintain pleasant and professional disposition around teammates and customers

Expectations

• Available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional earlier or later start/end times during extreme weather
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Punctual attendance and good communication with supervisor and coworkers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying degrees of weather
• Have general knowledge and preferred experience operating common landscape construction equipment
