As the Learning Experience Designer, you will ideate and create memorable learning and development experiences for our diverse sets of customer and internal learners. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
• APTD or CPTD certification from the Association of Talent Development
• 5 years of practical experience in designing experiences for adult learners (both training and design)
• Experience in franchising industry or in early childhood education
• Process driven but creative and innovative
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
