We are a very busy Personal Injury. We are looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with legal experience or a Paralegal Degree. We are willing to train if you are the right candidate for the job. Experience in Personal Injury a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Process Medical Records

Client Phone Calls

All aspects of scheduling

Prepare all documents for arbitration/mediation.

Highly organized and self motivating

Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast past environment

Gather medical records and prepare medical summary itemizations

Open/closing and maintaining files from start to finish

Filing Complaints and Service

Working for one attorney running a full caseload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
