Job Description :

Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) is looking for a Limited Radiology Operator/Phlebotomist to join our team. Our Lab team is a diverse group of individuals that promotes accountability, flexibility and the utmost care for our patients. This opening is 64 hours per pay period: Generally Monday - Friday day shift with occasional weekends and holidays. Responsibilities required, but not limited to:
  • Order entry
  • Specimen collection and processing
  • Therapeutic phlebotomies and waived testing
  • Documentation of lab tests
  • Patient teaching
  • Limited x-ray procedures
Competencies Required include:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates high degree of commitment to customer service excellence
  • Strong computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Annual technical competencies as required by CAP and Joint Commission
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • State of MN X-ray equipment operator certification
  • Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
Immunization requirements include: MMR, Hepatitis B (based on the position), Tdap, Varicella, Influenza, COVID-19.
