Litigation Paralegal Professional Requirements:
·Must be fluent in English and Spanish (no exceptions)
· 1 - 3 years Litigation Case Management experience (required)
· Experience drafting pleadings and discovery
· Proficient in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional follow up required with strong attention to details
· Accustomed to handling many cases simultaneously and effectively
· Self-starter who anticipates / understands what is needed and in the correct chronological order
· Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude
· Efficient in Microsoft Office
· Paralegal Certification preferred but not required
