OUR PRACTICE:

Changes Psychological Services, PLLC is a small, insurance-based private practice that opened in Downtown DC in September 2016. We are excited to announce that we are now expanding to Arlington, VA and are looking to add an exceptional clinician to join our team! We specialize in CBT for adults with anxiety and OCD, with a subspecialty in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Our clients are highly motivated and engaged, including early career professionals, college/graduate students and government employees.

CURRENT POSITION:

This position is ideal for those who want to enjoy the clinical aspects of private practice without the day-to-day tasks of running a business. This is an independent, 1099-contractor position that requires a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct client contact. However, preference will be given to candidates seeking to work full-time (i.e., 25-30 direct client hours per week). An initial one-year commitment is required and positions are currently entirely remote.

Licensed Professional Counselors with advanced training and experience in CBT (or similar evidenced-based interventions) are encouraged to apply. Individual consultation is available weekly and upon request, to provide ample support with diagnostic and treatment considerations. In addition, group consultation is also available weekly. Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels is required. Credentialing assistance is provided.
