Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of talented caregivers.

We are currently offering a $6000 sign on bonus for all full time LPNs as well as a $3000 sign on bonus for all part time LPNs who are hired before the end of March 2023.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibility Highlights include:

• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately

• Report the condition of a patient back to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors

• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program

• Must have a valid LPN license in PA
