Job Description:

The Manager of Engineering position provides leadership and management of the engineering department. This position ensures that capital, compliance, and contract projects are well defined and executed per Jubilant HollisterStier management initiatives, the JHS project management system, and capital budget schedule. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure overall compliance of the engineering, maintenance, and metrology departments as well as facility compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. This position ensures operations and projects are carried out under adherence to GEPs and cGMPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline required. Master’s Degree desired.
• 10 or more year(s) related experience required. Facility Engineering experience required.
• Supervisory experience required. Managerial experience desired.
• Pharmaceutical experience required. FDA Regulated Industry experience required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required. AutoCAD experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes required.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds unassisted, exposure to allergens, working in confined spaces, and prolonged sitting and standing required.

Shift: Day

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $78,750 - $135,000 depending on experience.
