Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Life Science Market Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the products, marketplace, and competitive landscape as it relates to portfolio and all its segments. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and enhancement of the Life Science product portfolio, including the development and execution of the go-to-market/marketing plan. The Life Science portfolio is intended for growing and maximizing market share for OHAUS and sets a strategic pathway forward for future growth in revenue and market share. Your responsibilities will also include:

Overseeing Life Science product category that currently includes Laboratory Equipment, Centrifuges, and Electrochemistry.

Acting as the subject matter expert in Life Science product category.

Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services.

Managing the Phase-in / Phase-out (PIPO) of all laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

Forecasting of product category.
-
Analyzing sales reports and market trends, identifying opportunities and account targets.
-
Characterizing the Americas market size and company’s market share specific to revenue and product/market features.

Detailing competitive activities and company’s value position.
-
Marketing campaign analysis.
-
Providing ROI analysis (effectiveness) of all digital and print marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators.
What You Need to Succeed
-
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science, Marketing, or Business Administration). MBA is a plus.

Minimum eight years related experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of Laboratory Equipment and Instruments desired.

Knowledge of the Life Science industry a plus.
-
Management of distribution channels and/or markets.

Program and project management skills, including planning, organizing, budgeting, and coordinating efforts.
