We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and passionate Account Manager who will act as an integral part between our departments and our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and strive to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust
• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio
• Respond to clients’ inquiries and requests via email, phone, and in-person meetings in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely and successful delivery
• Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
• Properly manage clients’ expectations and follow through on commitments
• Work closely with other departments and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Maintain accurate client records
• Prepare and provide client reports that reflect accurate results of all marketing initiatives
• Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company
