Position Overview:

This is a newly created position within our growing firm. It's a Senior Manager position without immediate direct reports but will grow the department into having direct reports as the company grows. This candidate will be responsible for helping the firm with creative day to day marketing activities which will include developing and implementing a detailed marketing plan. This position will run our marketing events and client webinars. This candidate will also create a detailed training program for our growing CFA University. This position will manage our marketing campaigns and our cross-channel campaigns through our social media/digital presence. The candidate for this position will have a strong marketing background with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of marketing platforms including digital engagements and webinars
• Plan creative marketing events to attract new clients and determine appreciation strategies for existing clients
• Ensure that the company has marketing materials so that the Advisors are communicating “Our Story” and our “Why” to attract prospective clients and deepen existing client relationships to in turn drive referrals
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to deepen relationships with Centers of Influences
• Work with Advisors and our Director of Client Engagement to distribute marketing content to existing clients and prospective clients
• Creatively manage a refresh of our website and social media presence
• Manage all public relations activities including awards and top advisor lists and volunteer activities that the firm participates in monthly
• Gather and analyze information to identify new market trends and assist with special projects on an as needed basis
• Build a marketing team with individual reporting structures as the company grows

Experience:

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a growing business environment
• Experience with reporting to Senior Management
• Experience in creating digital marketing engagements and working with teams to complete deadline oriented projects

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in required; Marketing Major is a plus
• Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing a plus

Skills & Knowledge:

• A critical thinker and problem solver that is detailed and process oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Event planning experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Strong follow through and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience is required

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation (salary and bonus) in the range of $78,000 to $110,000
• 100% company paid: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance
• 401k and match at 3% of compensation with discretionary profit sharing
