Design To Print/Steamroller Copies & Copiers 4 Sale is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Graphic Designer.

The Marketing Designer is responsible for ensuring our printed and digital productions look professional, reflect company branding goals, function properly, and reach identified and targeted audiences including social media, email and print campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce digital design and production for product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, and email/social media campaigns.
• Translate product positioning, existing research and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Work with UI/UX Designer and management to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards.
• Develop marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Company capabilities to target audiences.
• Build, monitor and update social media campaigns
• Understand and ensure best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ensure consistency of brand across customer touch points.
• Provide design support to company departments and divisions to create product graphics, logos, forms and other needed designs.
• Oversee the workflow and effectiveness of online graphic design.

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate with marketing AND graphic design experience in addition to the following:

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and other visual design tools.
• Experience in web marketing/web design.
• Experience in web design processes.
• Experience designing e-commerce websites and social media marketing.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective and positive interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience requirements:

• B.S., Graphic Design or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 2 years Graphic Design Experience.

Full-time, M-F hours.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
