We are a fast-growing digital marketing and software development agency seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing client campaigns, communicating with clients, and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, forecast and optimize client campaigns on major ad platforms
• Copyright content for web pages, ads, social media posts and graphics
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Support sales meetings with marketing expertise
• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients

Assist with calendaring a cadence of marketing initiatives to promote client growth

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience with major ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in automotive or e-commerce is a huge bonus
• Advanced spreadsheet use and basic web development skills are also a bonus
