Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, Creating Content, and Executing Marketing Plans for two Health Care Businesses

2. Brand Coherence and Messaging

3. Managing Marketing Budgets

Duties:

1. Creation and Management of Social Media Content & Google Ads

2. Creation and Update of Physical and Digital Marketing Materials

3. Website, Referral Sources, Blog, Newspaper, Magazines

4. Hospital, Clinic, Rehab, Google Business and other Directories

5. Marketing to both Customers and Staff

6. Adherence and Tracking of Budgets

Skill Requirements:

1. Execution of Marketing and Sales Tasks

2. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

3. Written and Verbal Communication

4. Microsoft Word and Publisher

5. Google Ads and Analytics

* Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Indesign are desirable.

Schedule:

25-35 hours per week during M-F 8am-5pm

24-hour Urgent Phone Call Management for 7 days every 5 th week
