The Marketing Intern will assist our Channel Marketing team with the planning and execution of campaign deliverables. This individual will assist with the preparations for the company’s 150th anniversary celebration in 2024 along with other key campaigns and projects working across multiple marketing teams.

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaign deliverables
• Working with outside vendors to coordinate deliverables
• Working with cross functional business teams to deliver results

• Campaign Planning & Execution – support the development of an execution plan for the company’s 150th anniversary celebration and oversee execution of key deliverables including giveaways, creative content, events, digital content, etc.
• Managing Outside Vendors – work with outside vendors to deliver key campaign support materials on time and on budget
• Project Management – Coordinate marketing campaign deliverables with cross functional business team, schedule & conduct meetings, manage campaign timeline & budget
• Communication – keep lines of communication open between key stakeholders including our executive leadership team, working team, vendors, employees, and other interested parties

• Creative problem-solving ability

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
