In this critical role, the incumbent will enhance our firm’s effectiveness by handling some or all of the following responsibilities. This position is a role that helps increase our firm’s effectiveness and to increase our client and candidate pool by handling marketing, social media, research, business development, organization, and overall increasing leads for our sales/business development/recruitment team. You will handle the marketing function for our firm, but we also work with an outside marketing firm. This is a role where you will work independently to create marketing and advertising campaigns, but you will also collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and vision for carrying out the marketing responsibilities. In that sense we work as a team. This role will mainly handle social media channels as needed while making sure branding is still in place. Another important part of this role is to ensure all marketing projects are managed and completed as needed for all exhibits that will be attended, this ranges from promotional items to pass out to digital graphics as needed for online advertising for the tradeshows.

We are seeking a DYNAMIC, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. You will support the CEO and COO in our Tulsa office. In addition to sales and marketing duties, the incumbent will also help with the efficient running of the office from an operations and administrative standpoint. This person must be results driven, trust-worthy, a quality professional with project management skills. Be able to manage a variety of independent projects as assigned and keep the office running on all cylinders.

The Marketing Specialist will conduct weekly to monthly marketing analysis to ensure that marketing efforts are effective and can be adaptive to new strategies as needed. Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to direct marketing efforts to meet project deadlines. The Marketing Specialist should have a well-rounded understanding of how a marketing pipeline works and have previous experience in management of a marketing pipeline. Experience and understanding of organic and paid advertising are a plus with previous experience successfully tracking marketing leads. Must have the ability to be highly organized and be able to manage data and present data as needed for review. Management and understanding in creating marketing campaigns from start to finish are highly desired for both traditional and digital marketing as needed.

Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, CRM experience a plus. Social Media experience especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is highly desirable. Experience with Canva and Hootsuite is preferred as well as knowledge of Linktree. This individual must be flexible, have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to interface with clients and a desire to contribute to the team effort as a whole. We work in an office Monday through Friday 8-5 but during busy times some overtime may be required.

You will help with marketing, sales, business development, social media and administrative responsibilities and manage as much responsibility and elevated status within the company as you are able to handle. There is no limit to the role that you can manage.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Marketing

● Use marketing skills to help secure new clients and candidates.

● Manage social media content and website updates.

● Create high volume of high-quality content for social media for multiple brands and post across various social medial channels on a daily basis.

● Monitor competitors for action and social media presence and create a report and feedback for management to review.

● Create a workplace/workforce survey and help publish the results.

● Writing

● Assisting with the creation of newsletters and blog articles and may assist with PowerPoint Presentations

● Greet visitors to the company office. (Since we work nationally, we don't have visitors in our office on a daily basis).

● Office management including ordering office supplies, creating meeting summaries, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing/updating calendars.

● Conduct various organizational activities, including daily administrative tasks, database updates, creating email blasts, systematize and organize information in the office, write articles for publication, and prepare reports.

● Research and review vendors as directed.

● Establish a professional network and will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

● Research various topics, including marketing leads, new methods of sourcing candidates and clients, and collect and analyze that research.

● Maintain confidential information.

● Plan and complete marketing projects, including following up on all results.

● Maintain professional and technical knowledge and by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

● Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in marketing, or related field.

● Marketing experience

● Experience with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter

● Computer literacy and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Searches and ability to work within a database or CRM.

● Knowledge of Word Press, Canva, Hootsuite, Survey Monkey and preferably Linktree

● Writing skills

● Willingness to take Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) exam and pass it.

● Strong word processing skills, attention to detail and proofreading

Travel Requirements:

● May occasionally be required to attend meetings, trade shows or events. Light travel may be required around 10% of the time.
