Our primary care practices, specialty and surgery clinics are in need of professional and compassionate Medical Assistants to help serve our pediatric community. We currently have a variety of MA openings in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Newport News, throughout our health system which includes Children’s Medical Group, CHKD Medical Specialties, and CHKD Surgical Practices.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Graduate of an approved school for Medical Assistants (MOA, MAA, MA).
• One to two years experience in a related healthcare field preferred.
• Current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant preferred, or military medical experience with MA certification/registration required.
• Current CPR certification required
