Medical Office Receptionist is needed in a fast-paced, independent family practice clinic. This position requires a strong person, who is patient and remains calm under pressure. Must be detail oriented, work well in a team situation, and be able to multitask. Must also possess courteous and professional communication skills when working with our patients, visitors, and staff. Medical receptionist experience with knowledge of electronic medical records, confidentiality laws, appointment scheduling, medical terminology, and basic computer skills preferred. Excellent customer service and ability to empathize with patients is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
