JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an organized, detailed and friendly person with excellent in-person and phone etiquette. Must have experience working in a Medical office. The job entails welcoming patients and answering phones in a pleasant and professional manner, making appointments, triaging messages from patient to physician, insurance verification, and additional front desk duties such as checking faxes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience working in a Medical office
• An ability to multitask quickly and efficiently while maintaining a cheerful demeanor and friendly can-do attitude
• Prior experience as Medical Receptionist is a plus
• Eclinicalworks experience is a plus.
• LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY please (must reside in Vero Beach, Ft Pierce, or Sebastian).

WORK LOCATION: Mondays through Thursdays in the Vero Beach office, Fridays in the Ft Pierce office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
