ENSEARCH is recruiting firm that exclusively focuses on Neonatal Nurse Practitioner placements for both locum and full time positions. We are working with a with a well-known academic hospital system in the Western Ohio area to recruit additional staff NNPs for their growing team. The NNP team in this top ranked institution primarily provides coverage to a busy and fast paced LIV NICU but also have the option to rotate to several LIII units covered by the same hospital system.

• Large regional referral LIV NICU with average daily census around 70
• High risk delivery service of about 300 cases per year
• Multiple NNPs on duty and 24/7 in house neonatologist coverage
• 12 hour shifts that are scheduled in 6 week blocks
• Option to take some shifts at lower acuity LIII units
• No transport
• 6 month training and orientation program for new grads with the ability to start in a LIII unit

Requirements

• Open to experienced NNP candidates and new grads with high acuity RN experience
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high acuity setting
• Team players with can-do attitude
• Strong critical thinking skills
