About Our Program

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2023 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/5 through 8/11 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Overview:

You understand how speak the brands DNA through analytics, digital efforts and customer feedback while being able to partner collaboratively with others to make our campaigns come to life

Our CRM intern is a creative and dynamic team player. Opportunities in this area will help champion our brand through contribution to our digital, CRM, Email, SEO and Analytic teams.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Support the marketing team with personalization by creating custom fields to be used in
  communications
• Optimize the email marketing templates through HTML updates
• Support the Associate CRM Manager or CRM Coordinator with day-to-day tasks
• Update and optimize any operational emails working alongside the UX team and product
  manager
• Support the Associate CRM Manager with onboarding SMS and researching and developing the rent rewards testing requirements

What You Will Bring!

• Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred

• Understanding of Marketing/CRM Platforms as well as social platforms

• Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.

• Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table

• Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
