A privately owned therapy providing company in the Fort Wayne area is now searching for an outpatient Occupational Therapist to join the team at an outpatient facility specializing in pediatric therapy. The OT in this position will evaluate and follow through with patient treatment primarily Monday to Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week. We can consider an OT or OTA for this position.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have an Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an occupational Therapist license. This includes completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of the national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
