We are looking for committed and patient-focused Occupational Therapists in the East Valley to develop, recover or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.

*Requirements:*

· Degree from accredited school or program

· Current State licensure as a Therapist

· Minimum of one year of experience using your license in home health preferred.

· Must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential job functions: lifting and moving patients, pushing and pulling equipment in potentially awkward or strained positions.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable - Personal transportation
• Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration
• Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
• CPR and First Aid Certification*
• Pass background check
• Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening (performed on 1st day of employment)
• Article 9 (DDD only)
• Physician's statement of fitness for duty

• Home Health: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Occupational Therapy License (Required)

Salary: $105.00/Evaluation; $80.00/Visit. Full-time therapists averaging $90,000/year.

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
