We are looking for a skilled office assistant to help with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including taking and distributing messages, scheduling meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, copying documents, compiling and maintaining contact lists, ordering office supplies, processing invoices and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is highly organized and has a background in administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with completing any necessary documentation.
• Handle a variety of assignments and projects as they arise in the office.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Manage group calendars and appointments.
• Keep track of supplies and manage deliveries.
• Manage office files and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
