Oasis Physical Therapy and Wellness is a concierge private practice located in San Ramon, CA. We specialize in treating patients with cancer and lymphedema, as well as any other diagnoses they may have. Our patients feel confident that we can treat all of his or her needs!

We are looking for a committed Certified Lymphedema Therapist (PT and/or OT welcome to apply) to work with patients from diagnosis, prehab, active treatment, post surgery, chemo and radiation, and long into survivorship. Other interests and certifications that apply to the oncology field and welcome and encouraged.

Lymphedema certification and PASSION are requirements for this position!

Skills and Responsibilities

• Certified Lymphedema therapist (PT/OT) wanted for growing private practice
• All treatments one on one with patient for optimal benefit and safety, based on therapist evaluation and assessment.
• Responsible for creating initial evaluation and appropriate POC based on treatments, activity level, goals and restrictions with short and long term goal setting.
• Mentorship and opportunities to expand skills are available
• Opportunity for marketing, wellness program development, social media engagement, and more are available, if wanted.
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour
