We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our growing organization as the Director of Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our operations and will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to ensure the growth and success of the organization
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and lead a team of managers and employees to achieve company goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and ensure the success of the organization
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our web and eCommerce systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations management, with a strong understanding of eCommerce systems and web applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
