Job Description

• Must have or be able to attain a CDL
• Managing day to day operations
• Assist field personnel with deliveries & pick-ups as needed
• Cover routes as needed ( vacation and holidays)
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintain constant communication with customers, dispatch team and customer service, in order to provide accurate and timely information.
• Follow up on services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Inventory and ordering
• Schedule, route, and dispatch trucks and labor personnel to events and jobs.
• Confer with customers and regarding services, equipment needs, and scheduling conflicts
• From work order, determine types and amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, and personnel required for the job
• Monitor field employees hours and availability to ensure compliance and adequate coverage
• Prioritize jobs, workflow and estimate time, equipment and staff each job will need
• Range of pay is based on minimum requirements
• With experince and education pay can be negotiated

Physical Demands

• This role requires the employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand for long periods of time, and lift/ carry heavy items. In addition, this role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while completing office-related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,500.00 - $72,660.00 per year
