We are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated retail sales associate to work with us, in a fast paced, medical/optical environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, as well as a keen interest in the optical industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
• Eyewear sales & dispensing
• Provide patients with detailed product information and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Assist patients in selecting the right frames, lenses and other optical products to meet their specific needs.
• Other areas of the job include adjustments and repairs and glasses and contact lens order entry.

This position requires reliability, confidence, motivation, and the willingness to grow and learn. This team member must be able to multi-task, critically think, work well with others and cross train with other areas of the office.

**Previous customer service experience required

**Previous optical experience preferred, but we will train the right person

**Optician licensing and/or Paraoptometric Certification = win win!
