Expert Crane is seeking an experienced order entry specialist to complement and support our team in our Cleveland, Ohio office.

This individual will be working in a fast-paced invironment that will require the ability to stay focused through mulitple interruptions. Responsibilities will include reviewing and accurately entering orders into our database working closely with Sales, Estimating, Manufacturing and Service to ensure accuracy of orders and the ongoing upkeep of several databases and electronic filing systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Accurately enter and update orders in a timely manner.
• Gain an understanding of our company policies and procedures to diligently follow orders through the systems from start to finish.
• Prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency.
• Support the service team in a variety of tasks as needed.
• Complete time entries into each job/project for proper job costing.
• Be detail oriented in order to identify and resolve order discrepancies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of computers and software programs including Microsoft Office (intermediate user), Jobscope and InspectALL.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and time management skills.

ORDER ENTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, ONLY CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!

Excellent references are essential: a demonstrated record of success is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
