Howard D. Happy Company, located in Mayfield, KY is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated sales professional to maintain and further develop an established territory in Paris/Camden, Tennessee. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sound selling strategies and achieving sales goals.

Duties of position are:

• To call on commercial, industrial, educational, church/non-profit, and local/state government accounts.
• Will be required to knowledgeably represent (with enthusiasm) all products we offer from general office supplies and furniture to a full line of business office equipment and solutions.
• Follow up on all leads, prospects, opportunities, and client requests.
• Staying up to date on all aspects of the office technology field and demonstrating that knowledge effortlessly.
• Continuously develop the territory by cold calling on potential clients, following up with them, and growing our customer base.

Requirements of the Sales Professional:

• Exceptional communication skills;
• High customer service and relationship building abilities;
• At least 3 years of outside business to business sales experience;
• An energetic, positive attitude, and can be a great asset to our team (Team Player);
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Problem solving.
