As a Haled Phlebotomist, you will:

• Perform efficient and effective blood draws
• Label and safely store and ship samples
• Assure specimens are collected in a proficient, timely manner
• Take vitals such as height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse
• Work independently with a detail-oriented approach

Qualifications/Skills:

• Formal training in a phlebotomy program (preferred/ not required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of blood draw experience or 100 successful sticks
• Comfortable using digital technology to view, accept, and complete cases
• Passion for excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous paramed experience preferred
