In the Relationship Specialist role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of financial services, with the ability to advance as you gain new experiences.

Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for processing cash transactions, opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts, and discussing loan and retirement products. Most importantly, Relationship Specialists build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.
You don’t need to be an expert in the financial industry or have direct bank teller experience to apply for a Relationship Specialist position. If you bring a positive outlook, trainable mindset and passion for service, we’d love to talk with you about growing your career.

*This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week.*

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
  • Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation


WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Traditional office/retail setting
  • Occasional travel to other branches or locations may be required
  • Saturday availability and flexible hours are required
