RWJUH Hamilton is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join their team! This is for a Full Time, Night position.

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct care to a defined group of patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The PCT has the ability to perform technical procedures and works various shifts requiring prolonged periods of walking and standing. Utilizes communication skills, good interpersonal skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Patient Care Technician is required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS required through America Heart Association.
• Nurse's Aide Certification and medical terminology is preferred.
