Specialty private-practice (non-corporate) office of 3-5 staff and 2 doctors

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, systems based, complete and detailed charting and documentation

Facilitate daily completion of letters for outgoing correspondence to referring offices, document incoming and outgoing phone calls and communications with patients or referring offices

Upload and download digital radiographs and photos.

Chart audits and ordering of supplies

Enter patient prescriptions and have ready for doctor eRx transmission

Energetic, reliable, self-motivated, professional with desire to a have a long-term fulfilling long-term career

Should show self-initiation and be able to troubleshoot or call support to find solutions

Compassionate

Surgical chairside assisting

Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft 365 and Dentrix fluent

Willingness to cross train for front office duties and experience with front end and insurance estimates and processing is a strong asset

Willingness the learn, grow, and to adhere to office systems and structures

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, although a 4 day work week is possible as well
