Established Boca Raton personal injury firm is seeking a full time Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal. Our firm only handles cases representing victims of sexual abuse. Prior experience in a personal injury law office is preferred. Only those with the highest work ethic and superior credentials should apply.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have prior experience with scheduling, drafting legal documents, on-line filing, discovery, scheduling depositions and hearings, file and calendar management
• Must have superior client relations and people skills
• Trial experience

Responsibilities also include preparing pleadings and court filings, extensive client contact, preparing discovery requests and responses, occasionally assist in the intake of potential client calls, communicate with judges and counsel, and working with our team implementing efficient processes and systems

You must be extremely organized and detailed oriented to be successful in this position.
