Skills crucial to success in this role:

• Proficient interpersonal and computer skills
• A Pharmacist with working knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Responsible for filling prescriptions as ordered and performing related duties.
• Coordinating work within the department as well as with other units and departments
• The Pharmacist coordinates pharmacy services and responds to residents needs at each Phoebe Ministries community.
• Fills prescriptions.
• Maintains and updates information in the pharmacy computer system.
• Maintains drug inventory.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of appropriate documentation required by state and federal agencies.
• The Pharmacist will manage department in absence of Director Pharmacy Operations
• Directly supervises assigned personnel.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Required to work every 6th weekend with 12-hour days on Saturday and Sunday with comp days and rotating holidays.

Must Have's:

• Must have a Pharmacy degree (Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy, or Pharm. D) from the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, or be Board eligible for Pharmacy Licensure in Pennsylvania
• Possess a valid Pennsylvania State License
• A minimum of one year experience operating a Pharmacy serving multiple locations.
