We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills to join our team as the studio manager.

RNS is a creative group of artistic people who love coffee, cookies, spitballing ideas and seeing them actually come to life. We working hard, creating beautiful things and all the while are committed to helping our clients in the arts move their lives and careers forward.

As an integral part of our growing studio, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio
• Ensuring that our customers are nurtured and well cared for
• Developing and overseeing marketing that is on-point
• Growing and hitting our sales targets
• Producing tests and location shoots
• Optimizing staff schedules for productivity while balancing creative time
• Monitoring quality control standards for all areas of service

The areas that you’ll need to have experience in are:

• Proven experience in photography studio management
• Ability to manage a team to work efficiently and effectively
• Production and sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative taking and can do attitude
• Proficient in google suite, CRM’s and other online business apps
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and spear head projects
• The ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent time management skills
• Goal setting and monitoring the staff meeting expectations
